ANNAPOLIS, Md.- Gov. Larry Hogan will launch Maryland’s GoVAX Summer Tour of mobile COVID-19 vaccination clinics on Friday, May 28 at Seacrets Ocean City. The GoVAX Summer Tour will bring mobile clinics and vaccine outreach to cultural and community events, bars and breweries, and popular destinations across the state.
“It is easier than ever to find and to receive a vaccine in Maryland,” said Hogan. “Now, through our GoVAX Summer Tour, we are making it easier yet by bringing vaccines to where people are. I encourage all those who are still on the fence and haven’t gotten yet their shot to go out and get vaccinated right away, and look forward to seeing many of you at Seacrets this Friday.”
Marylanders 18 and older who get vaccinated at these clinics will be entered into the state’s $2 million VaxCash promotion. No appointment is needed at these mobile clinics, and vaccines are free.
